Bio

 

Niki Keck, Crowder Softball Head Coach, began in Spring 2025, entering her second season. She joins the Roughrider Softball program as its 9th head coach in program history. Coach Keck was most recently at Dewey High School (OK).

In her 3rd season at the helm of the Bulldogger softball program the team reached the 2019 state tournament for the first time in 16 years. They returned to the state tourney in 2020 and made it to the semi finals in 2021 under her direction. While at Dewey she also coached multiple All-District, All-Region and All-State athletes. Keck has been named Coach of the Year multiple times at the District, Region and Conference levels.

In her first season at Crowder, the Roughriders amassed a 54-11 record and 5th place finish at the NJCAA Division I National Tournament. The Roughriders were also Region 16 Champions. Keck coached four All Americans from the 2025 squad, also earning Region 16 Coach of the Year and Midwest District Coach of the Year accolades.

Coach Keck prepped at Dewey High School, Independence (KS) Community College and Rogers State University (OK). She has worked diligently to improve her coaching skills and knowledge as evidenced by being awarded the highest level of coaching recognized by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association; 4 Star Master Coach.
