A disastrous first half was too much for the Roughriders to overcome on Sophomore Night as Moberly cruised to a 93-68 victory. After exchanging baskets for a few possessions the Greyhounds pulled away for a 28-18 first quarter lead. In the second quarter the wheels fell off as the Roughriders committed several turnovers which led to lay-ups for Moberly and the lead at half was 60-26. The second half the Roughriders showed some fight outscoring Moberly 27-15 in the third quarter to pull within 75-53. The Greyhounds outscored Crowder in the fourth quarter 18-15 to seal the win. Freshman Fiona Wilson led Crowder with 32 points and 5 rebounds. Makayla White chipped in 11 points. Thathianna Sysavanh dished out 4 assists and Gabby Adams had 4 steals. Crowder falls to 15-14 and 2-7 in Region 16. The Roughriders wrap up the regular season on the road Saturday against Three Rivers at 2:00 PM.
